This is the new urban farming trend being pushed by a New York company called Gotham Greens. The notion of supplementing our production of perishable food products like greens by taking advantage of space in cities seems like a great idea. As they explain in the video, this obviously won’t replace traditional farming but it’s a viable business and resource for food.
